How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Vedida app account, send an email to Vedida Farms Support with your registered phone number. We use this information to verify and locate your account.

Include these details

• Registered phone number used to sign in to the Vedida app
• Registered email address, if added to your profile
• Full name on the account
• A clear request to delete your Vedida app account

What will be deleted

• Your app account profile information, such as name, phone number, and email address
• Saved delivery addresses associated with your account
• Account-level app data that is no longer needed to provide service or meet legal obligations

What may be retained

We may retain order, subscription, payment, invoice, fraud prevention, dispute, support, tax, or legal compliance records where retention is required or reasonably necessary under applicable law. Data retained for these purposes will not be used for active account services.
